At Toofufu Studio, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 to deliver your press-on nails. Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3 working days.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 normally aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch and includes tracking and delivery confirmation/photo where available.

The delivery price and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout before payment, and tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

For eligible online purchases, please tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact us before sending anything back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

You are responsible for the direct cost of an eligible change-of-mind return. We refund the item price and the standard outbound delivery charge where applicable. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, and may reduce it if the goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Cancellation rights may not apply to clearly personalised or made-to-order goods, or to genuinely sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken. Any applicable exception will be identified before purchase; handmade goods are not automatically excluded.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue with you and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. We cover reasonable return costs where the item is faulty or not as described.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Handmade Products

Our products are carefully handmade using high-quality materials and close attention to detail. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations and minor imperfections may occur. These are part of the unique character of handmade products and are not considered faults where they do not affect the quality or intended use of the product.
