All orders need to be discussed before making an order. Feel free to reach out through both email and Instagram  

Ordering & Customization

• Each set is made to order; please provide accurate nail measurements.
• Once confirmed, no major changes can be made to your order.

Pricing & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your set, with the remaining balance due before shipping.
• Prices vary based on design complexity and include a nail kit and shipping. 

Processing & Shipping

• Orders take minimum 4 weeks to complete. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
• Once shipped, I am not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of my work, all sales are final—no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
• If your set arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours with photos.
